Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, including application development, web technologies, and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate business through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, Guru, PPH, and Freelance.
  • Make cold calls to explore new business opportunities and engage with potential clients.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements and business needs.
  • Develop and nurture client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Manage lead generation and the full sales cycle to ensure successful acquisition.
  • Possess a deep understanding of IT, application development, and related technologies.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English, with the ability to convince and build rapport with clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development or lead generation.
  • Experience with prospect management and lead conversion.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies, mobile apps, and IT services.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
  • Persuasive, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor, with professional communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in business development tools and platforms.
